The Best Meditation Audio?

The best meditation audio is...? I have tried six or more options over the years, and my wife has tried a few as well. The two that we liked the most (which I would recommend even if I didn't get a commission) are these:

Holosync From Centerpointe

The Centerpointe Research Institute's Holosync program is widely considered to be one of the best meditation or brainwave entrainment products out there. We first tried their "Level One: Awakening Prologue" several years ago. It was an interesting experience for me because meditation without this technology had never resulted in such easy and deep states of consciousness.

I also found that I could use the CDs as a way to go to sleep at night. I could use them for a "power nap" during the day as well. For these purposes I just had to lay down while listening. They put me to sleep every time, and still do.

My wife seemed to get even more benefit from them. She was less stressed after a few weeks of using them, and also felt more self-aware during her daily activities. Both of us agree that they are powerful CDs. Centerpoint also provides great customer service and support by both email and phone.

I do have to mention that they're a bit expensive. In fact, after the first level the subsequent levels that Centerpoint recommends get even more expensive. You'll can easily spend thousands of dollars following through on their total program (we didn't buy the higher levels). But nonetheless, the quality of their products and support is excellent, so I don't want to discourage anyone from trying these meditation audios.

The Meditation Program

When I discovered The meditation program I bought the downloadable MP3s because they are cheaper than the CDs and I could be listening to them minutes later. I skipped the "Registration Backup Service" which replaces the audios for up if you lose them or your computer crashes. Instead I just made copies on my computer and onto CDs. They include a link to a page that tells you how to burn CDs with the Windows Media Player, and I am sure they can be copied and burnt with other players as well.

You get eight levels on six recordings with this program. There are no expensive upsells later, and the price is under a hundred dollars if you buy the downloads instead of having the CDs sent to you. The first time I listened to one of the deeper levels I thought something was wrong because it was only a few minutes long. But when I looked at the clock and saw that an hour had passed I knew it was a powerful meditation audio.

I'm not sure if these are equal in quality to our Holosync CDs, but they use powerful brainwave entrainment technology and certainly cost a lot less. I am still using this program.
